Tim O. Knipps

Shareholder | Managing Director

As Managing Director and CEO of the COMED Group since 2007, I have stood for stability, discipline and a long-term approach. In addition to diversifying into new healthcare segments and expanding into new countries and markets with our subsidiaries in Dubai and Singapore, I am responsible for our SHS Software Development, SHS Project Management and International Business divisions.

Michael C. Knipps

Shareholder | Managing Director

Since 2016, I have been working as Managing Director and COO of the COMED Group in the 2nd generation of our family business and am responsible for our existing customer business in Europe. With a strong team at my side, I manage our LAB and Operations divisions.

Benjamin Bacik

Since joining COMED in 2011, I have been able to help shape the development of the laboratory area with the team into ever newer realms. I simply enjoy working together on innovative solutions and implementing them.
