Successful conclusion to the 13th COMED/KOSYMED User Conference in Soest.

The 13th COMED Group User Conference was recently held in Soest, Germany, and was a resounding success. Over 100 guests gathered at the Stadthalle Soest for two days of insightful sessions, valuable networking opportunities and a showcase of the latest innovations in healthcare software.

The first day of the conference began at 10:00 am with a warm welcome from Carolin Brautlecht, Managing Director of Wirtschaft und Marketing Soest GmbH. Our managing partners, Tim O. Knipps and Michael C. Knipps, gave an inspiring keynote speech that highlighted the future of digitalization in healthcare and the strategic role of COMED. Attendees were able to learn about new dashboards and widgets, improved digital workflows and the launch of our first COMED cloud solution, RMS®. A lunch break was followed by an inspiring success story from Schön Klinik, showing how our solutions contribute to success in the healthcare sector. The day ended with a panel discussion on digital transformation in healthcare and a relaxed grand buffet dinner at the traditional Christ Brewery.

The second day continued the positive momentum. The day began with a summary of the insights and innovations from the first day. This was followed by interactive breakout sessions and a COMED Roadshow, which gave attendees a deeper understanding of our latest technologies. Of particular value was the Customer Innovation Board, a feedback session that gave users and guests the opportunity to influence future developments. The conference concluded with a final summary and reflection of key learnings.
